Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver direct procurements and Acquisition Strategy workstreams
  • Maintain tender schedules, timelines and risk registers
  • Coordinate trust engagement and cross-workstream alignment
  • Ensure timely procurement documentation and governance submissions
  • Support development of procurement plans for major procurements
  • Oversee alignment with client strategies and benefits (PBC25)
  • Produce weekly programme and procurement progress reports
  • Manage multi-stakeholder environments in procurement projects

Key requirements

  • procurement project management experience on major programmes
  • strong PMO, planning and risk management capability
  • knowledge of public contract regulations and compliant procurement processes
  • experience managing multi-stakeholder environments
  • project management qualification desirable (Prince2/APM)
  • MCIPS desirable
  • exposure or understanding of PA23 desirable
