We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to direct the development of one integrated plan between the Future Delivery Strategy and Capital Delivery Change Portfolio into a single, coherent transformation programme.

Working closely with executive leaders, business sponsors, programme teams, external consultants and delivery partners, the role will provide strategic leadership, programme management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that current change initiatives align with the future operating model and delivery strategy.

Delivery and programme support Managing the development and management of an integrated plan for the future delivery strategy and capital delivery change portfolio.

Creating and maintaining a single strategic roadmap linking business change, capability development, client model transformation, and future delivery requirements.

Strategic planning and portfolio integration Consolidating multiple workstreams, programmes, and initiatives into a clear and coherent portfolio view.

Identifying and managing dependencies, assumptions, risks, opportunities, and conflicts across change activities.

Facilitating the development of integrated delivery plans and implementation roadmaps.

Facilitating workshops and strategic planning sessions to build consensus and alignment.

Building strong relationships across client, partner, and delivery organisations.

Changing and transformation management.

Degree qualified (or on track to achieve) in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.

Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality outputs.
