Overview

In this role, you will provide integrated commercial leadership for a Mo J prisons programme, guiding contract administration and strategic advice within an alliance model.

You will drive compliant, collaborative delivery, support interim payments and change management, and help optimise value for the client and project teams.

You will engage with wide stakeholders, from contractors to client leaders, to ensure successful programme delivery and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and client teams
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance
  • Support interim payment certification processes with client cost consultants
  • Administer contract changes and manage CEMAR workflows to meet contractual deadlines
  • Contribute to benchmarking and monthly performance reporting
  • Participate in commercial meetings, review early warnings and compensation events
  • Prepare recommendations for compensation events and client changing board submissions
  • Conduct site visits to assess completed works and attend contractor progress meetings
  • Engage in client meetings to review proposed changes and entitlements
  • Provide commercial support and cost-effective solutions to internal teams and clients
