Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients in a consultancy setting
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with key client stakeholders
- Support business development and bid activities
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of property and infrastructure sectors (e. g., Aviation, Rail, Roads, Healthcare, Nuclear, Utilities, Energy Transition, Government)
- Key requirements
- Advisory experience in a consultancy business
- Professional qualification or chartership in their area of specialism and/or postgraduate study
- Existing network of client contacts and subject matter experts
- Track record of delivering advisory commissions
- Ability to operate across service lines and sectors
