This role will support in the implementing of the commercial and contractual strategy during the procurement phase for works and services. The QS is required to possess an understanding in the New Engineering Contract (NEC4) suite, framework agreements and bespoke contractual arrangements. This role supports the Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) in the development of contracts in line with the strategy, contain robust commercial terms, optimal risk and reward allocation, incorporate proactive and collaborative requirements and enable performance management to ensure success in post-contract administration. Educated to degree level in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Experience in similar role at a similar level in major infrastructure projects. Success at creating an aligned culture focussed on high performance.
