Overview
As a Project Manager at Mace, you will drive the delivery of multiple fast-paced property investment programmes for major FMCG retail clients. You’ll expand experience into the commercial private sector, handling fit-outs, extensions and asset renewals across a UK-wide portfolio. You work with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs, manage budgets and risks, and promote safety and inclusion. This role offers broad exposure, collaboration with senior leaders, and opportunities to shape delivery at scale.

Responsibilities
- Deliver project plans from inception to construction
- Manage budgets, risks and long-term development
- Coordinate design and consultant teams
- Lead teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs
- Promote best-practice and cross-programme networking
- Apply health and safety expertise and foster inclusive culture
- Support senior leaders with task management and delivery
- Travel within the geo area and report to the account/programme lead
Key requirements
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent
- Experience delivering projects in FMCG retail
- Property or infrastructure project management expertise
