The role can be based on the following locations - London, Birmingham, Manchester and Winchester and Bristol.

You’ll be responsible for: Applying technical expertise in health and safety regulations.

Fostering inclusivity and team wellbeing.

Ensuring robust quality systems and service excellence.

Managing project delivery from inception to completion.

Managing budgets, risks, and mitigations.

Coordinating design, consultants, and stakeholders collaboratively.

Maintaining accurate plans, records, and handover documentation.

Driving innovation and best practice across teams.

Upholding Mace values, supporting sustainable business outcomes.

You’ll need to have: Proven project management experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.

Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Relevant technical qualifications and knowledge of health, safety, and sector regulations.

Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent certification.
