Managing portfolio governance, performance management, benefits realisation and executive reporting across the Mace Consult Digital Transformation portfolio.
Providing management-level leadership across portfolio reporting, financial oversight, resource planning, governance and benefits tracking.
Act as a key member of the Transformation Portfolio Office (TPO), supporting executive decision-making through data-driven insight.
You’ll be responsible for: Owning portfolio reporting and integrated portfolio roadmap.
Leading Transformation Board and Steering Committee reporting packs.
Managing benefits realisation tracking and value dashboards.
Owning portfolio budget, forecast and investment reporting.
Leading resource demand and capacity planning analysis.
Developing Power BI executive dashboards and reporting automation.
Tracking portfolio risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
Supporting investment prioritisation and business case evaluation.
Acting as deputy to the Digital Portfolio and PMO Manager when required.

Desirable: Mo P, MSP, P3O, Prince2 or Power BI certifications.
