You’ll be responsible for: Supporting client-focused outcomes through effective cost planning, procurement, and achievement of strategic KPIs.

Upholding integrity, managing ethically viable operations and driving net zero carbon transition.

Creating opportunity by mentoring teams, championing innovation, and embedding continuous improvement across all activities.

Managing feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, ensuring robust reporting and compliance.

Managing cost planning, valuations, and financial control, presenting accurate reports to stakeholders.

Overseeing contracts, claims, and completion processes, securing project success and stakeholder confidence.

Mentoring teams, drive continuous improvement, and champion net zero carbon transition across all activities.

You’ll need to have: Degree in quantity surveying or cost management.

Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Expertise in value engineering, contracts, sustainability, and stakeholder management.

Proven experience delivering projects within diverse teams and shaping outcomes with carbon-conscious approaches.
