The project: Responsible for managing projects to deliver agreed outcomes and deliverables within time, cost and quality requirements. Delivers internal fee expectations together with appropriate risk mitigation and change management.
Collaborating with project team (client, design team and other consultants and contractors) and stakeholders, to manage project/s, technical services and external resources across teams on behalf of client organisation, to ensure the successful delivery of project/s in line with expectations communicating strategies to the team.
You'll be responsible for: Managing project tasks ensuring accurate, timely delivery.
Supporting project leadership and wider team.
Managing design teams and stakeholder coordination.
Delivering programmes aligned to procurement strategies.
Driving KPIs and project performance outcomes.
Maintaining robust safety, quality, and standards.
Monitoring budgets, risks, and programme timelines.
Championing sustainability, digital, and net zero priorities.
You'll need to have: Substantial previous work experience in project management (or equivalent).MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS (or working towards) or local equivalent.
Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge. Appropriate construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) card.
