You'll be responsible for: Driving high‐quality project delivery across all stages, ensuring alignment with programme milestones and client expectations.
Managing budgets, risks and governance, supporting sustainable business growth and upholding Mace values.
Managing multidisciplinary teams collaboratively, delivering KPIs and promoting innovation and best practice.
Defining project resource needs and lead coordinated delivery across client, design and consultant teams.
Managing end‐to‐end project delivery, overseeing programmes, budgets, risks, quality and change control.
Managing teams to meet project KPIs, ensuring robust governance, documentation and stakeholder communication.
You'll need to have: Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent development.
Proven delivery experience across complex projects and programmes.
Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capability.
Knowledge of sustainability and carbon impacts on project outcomes.
