Supporting the effective implementation and delivery of PMO and Project Controls across commissions, ensuring consistent standards and performance.

Leads, guides and develops team members within the PMO, Planning centre of excellence and hub to strengthen capability and drive best practice.

You'll be responsible for: Managing safe, high‐quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and Project Controls standards.

Shaping and implement effective PMO and Project Controls strategies while strengthening service excellence and industry engagement.

Managing project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long‐term strategic development.

Mentoring teams, share best practice, and support resourcing to enable people and projects to excel.

Managing PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring effective frameworks, baseline management and robust governance across assigned commissions.

Providing expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships.

Managing and developing PMO and Project Controls teams, supporting integration with Planning disciplines.

Driving compliance, mitigate risks and support net‐zero objectives throughout project delivery.

You'll need to have: Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development.

Extensive delivery‐phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.

Strong commercial, financial and senior‐stakeholder management capability.

Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations.
