Delivering the implementation and delivery of a range of PMO and Project Controls services to designated projects within the PMO and planning centre of excellence.

You'll be responsible for: Managing safe, high‐quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and project controls standards.

Shaping and implement effective PMO and Project Controls frameworks, strengthening industry engagement and growing specialist expertise.

Managing teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long‐term strategic development.

Fostering collaboration, knowledge‐sharing and best practice, supporting resourcing needs and contributing to a sustainable future.

Delivering effective PMO and Project Controls support, ensuring consistent application of frameworks and day‐to‐day performance management.

Providing clear technical guidance across cost, schedule, change, risk and governance requirements.

Building strong client relationships and collaborate to address risks, opportunities and actions.

Supporting integration across PMO, Planning and Project Controls while contributing to net‐zero ambitions.

You'll need to have: Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development.

Extensive delivery‐phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.

Strong commercial, financial and senior stakeholder management capability.

Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts.
