You’ll be responsible for: Leads project delivery in line with the Project Plan, coordinating teams, consultants and contractors to meet defined KPIs.
Monitors progress, budget and risks, driving proactive mitigation and maintaining accurate project records.
Ensures safety, quality and compliance through robust systems aligned with the Mace Way.
Manages procurement, project changes and documentation to support timely, effective delivery.
Coordinates design, programme integration and stakeholder communication to achieve project objectives.
Promotes digital excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement, contributing to Mace’s net‑zero ambitions.
You’ll need to have: Architectural or Engineering degree with experience delivering small to medium projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices and industry regulations.
Growing capability in budgeting, commercial controls and procurement.
Holds relevant technical qualifications or progressing toward professional accreditation (e. g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS).
