Assists the team to deliver best practice procurement and supply chain solutions supported by the key principles of responsible/ethical procurement practices, service excellence tools and industry best practice.

You’ll be responsible for: Assisting the prequalification management via standard selection questionnaire process.

Drafting tender documents and management of the evaluation process with internal stakeholders.

Assisting in the development of procurement strategies if requested and client advisory services on procurement and supply chain delivery.

Providing support and coordination relative to the reporting requirements of the project including various briefing notes as necessary.

Assisting and ensuring that the procurement rules and procedures are followed through all procurement activities.

Developing working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.

Works with team members providing operational delivery of team/regional strategy.

Supporting (area/team), using basic/established technical capabilities.

Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have: C grade or higher in Maths and English at GSCE (or equivalent)Strong analytical skills with a process orientated approach to solving problems.
