You will benchmark digital maturity, craft action plans, and shape architecture and strategy to empower project teams with reliable data. Responsibilities
- Lead a digital delivery team on client projects to enable efficient access to data
- Assess client digital maturity and create action plans
- Apply project delivery methodology and templates (e.g., Mace Way)
- Gather requirements from clients, project teams, and users
- Develop digital strategy, data architecture, and lead delivery of that strategy
- Collaborate with development and support teams
- Stabilize solutions for steady operations with reach‑back support
- Engage with client IT, partner IT, and supply chain stakeholders
- Define and recruit the digital team, manage performance and wellbeing
- Set up governance models and maintain current technical knowledge
- Manage all aspects of digital solution delivery and operation on client projects
- Maintain seamless collaboration within the client project ecosystem
Key requirements
- Experience as Digital Lead or supporting Digital Lead on major construction projects or programmes
- Experience in a Joint Venture environment with multiple partners
