The project: Hyperscale Data Centre – West London. This is a large-scale, high-tech construction project focused on delivering a state-of-the-art hyperscale data centre facility. The role will involve overseeing MEP commercial operations and financial governance across all phases of construction, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and successful delivery.
