A well-established manufacturing operation is looking to add a licensed 433A Millwright to its maintenance team. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production and facility equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. If you’re a mechanically strong millwright who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment, this is a solid long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production and non-production equipment
  • Work on HVAC systems, air compressors, pumps, fillers, cappers, labelers, blenders, and encapsulation equipment
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
  • Diagnose and repair packaging, tabulating, and blending equipment
  • Strong focus on electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Assist with installation, rigging, and relocation of equipment
  • Perform welding repairs on machine components as required
  • Prepare purchase orders for parts and materials
  • Document maintenance work and parts usage per SOP requirements
  • Maintain tools and shop equipment in good working order
  • Support other maintenance functions as needed

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Work in compliance with SOPs and safety responsibilities
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in sensitive areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 433A Licensed Millwright (required)
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in:
  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics
  • Electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, and schematics
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or natural health manufacturing is an asset
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing and able to work rotating shifts and overtime
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work well with others
