About the Role
You will work closely with pupils, staff, and families to provide targeted support for learners with additional support needs. Your role will be key in ensuring inclusive practices are embedded across the school, enabling all pupils to access the curriculum and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and support pupils with additional learning needs
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Programmes (IEPs) and support plans
