We are looking for a caring, resilient and motivated individual to support young people in a safe and nurturing residential setting. You will provide tailored care that meets young people's physical, emotional, social, health and educational needs. The role involves building positive, trusting relationships; supporting daily living skills and education; promoting wellbeing and safety; participating in activities; and maintaining a secure, homely environment.
You will work closely with colleagues and external professionals, maintain accurate records, follow relevant legislation and best practice guidance, and contribute to risk assessments and care planning. Sleep‑in duties, ongoing training and flexible working are required.
