We are looking for a caring, resilient and motivated individual to support young people in a safe and nurturing residential setting. You will provide tailored care that meets young people's physical, emotional, social, health and educational needs. The role involves:
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Supporting daily living skills and education

- Participating in activities
- Maintaining a secure, homely environment
You will work closely with colleagues and external professionals, maintain accurate records, follow relevant legislation and best practice guidance, and contribute to risk assessments and care planning. Sleep-in duties, ongoing training and flexible working are required.
