Macdonald’s Accounts Assistants are key members of the Finance Team, assisting in self‑accounting for all departments and the hotel business. They forecast, manage sales and purchase ledgers, and oversee payroll. The role requires working in a team and liaising with the Reception and Nights Teams regarding night audit, cash handling, billing and payment practices.
Role Requirements
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Extremely organised with a high attention to detail.

- Previous experience of working in a hotel in a finance role is essential.
- Experience in using Sage Accounts.

- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
