About the Role
To clean and prepare all public areas of the hotel in line with company and guest expectations. To ensure that all guests are dealt with in a friendly, helpful, efficient and professional manner at all times.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- To clean and prepare all public areas in line with core standards
- To ensure that all storage areas are kept clean, tidy and restocked.
- To adhere to all security procedures relating to keys, function rooms and guest property.
- To report any maintenance or health and safety issues to supervisor.
- To report any guest comments or complaints to supervisor
- To be aware of departmental costs, eliminating wastage and recycling where appropriate.
- To assist with training of new staff members.
- To adhere to all health and safety requirements.
- To undertake deep cleaning tasks such as net curtain washing etc as required.
- To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
Hours and Requirements
Shift pattern is 6am-2pm, 5 days per week (subject to change). Must be available to work weekends.
