We are working with a privately owned property investment and development company based in West Yorkshire, seeking to appoint a Property Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of mixed-use commercial and residential assets.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and entrepreneurial business with a long-term approach to property investment and development. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the portfolio, working closely with senior management and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and occupiers
- Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and contractor management
- Coordinating rent collection, service charge matters, and tenant queries
- Assisting with lease management, renewals, and general asset management matters
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Supporting the wider team with acquisitions, refurbishments, and development projects where required
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and health & safety requirements
- Previous property management experience, ideally across commercial property
- Good understanding of landlord and tenant matters
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple properties/projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
The role offers exposure to a diverse property portfolio within a well-established private business where individuals are given responsibility and the opportunity to develop their career over the long term.
