We're recruiting for an experienced Building Manager to join a premium, design-led commercial workspace environment based at Birchwood Park, Warrington. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, delivering exceptional tenant experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day building operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Light building maintenance and reactive repairs
- Coordinating contractors and specialist suppliers
- Managing day-to-day building operations and presentation
- Building strong tenant relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Health & Safety compliance, inspections and record keeping
- Supporting wider on-site operations and team activities when required, (including the Café!)
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in office hosting/concierge, facilities, building management or caretaking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of H&S and compliance procedures
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
- IT literacy including Microsoft Office and email
Birchwood Park based. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Salary circa £30 - £32,000 Dep on experience.
