We are a well-funded and ambitious property investment company with significant capital allocated for growth. Our focus is primarily on residential acquisitions, alongside selected commercial opportunities, and we are seeking an experienced Head of Acquisitions to lead our investment strategy and portfolio expansion.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Board, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and securing property investment opportunities across the UK, with a particular focus on residential assets. You will play a key role in driving growth by building strong relationships across the market and identifying both on-market and off-market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure residential and selected commercial investment opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with agents, developers, landowners, and professional advisers.
- Lead negotiations and oversee transactions from initial appraisal through to completion.
- Conduct investment appraisals, due diligence, and market analysis.
- Present acquisition opportunities and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage and maintain a strong acquisition pipeline.
About You
- Proven experience in property acquisitions, investment, or development.
- Strong track record of completing residential property transactions.
- Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of UK property markets, particularly the North West.
