We're looking for an Assistant Regional Property Manager to help manage and improve a diverse operational property portfolio. Working closely with the Regional Property Manager, you'll support the delivery of maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects while helping to ensure our sites remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their property management and project delivery experience within a large, multi-site operational environment.

In this role, you'll:

  • Manage smaller maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects from planning through to completion.
  • Support the delivery of larger capital projects and property initiatives across the region.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Prepare scopes of work, specifications and cost estimates, and assist with contractor procurement and performance management.
  • Carry out site inspections to assess property condition, monitor contractor performance and identify maintenance requirements.
  • Support compliance activities, health and safety requirements, and the maintenance of accurate property records.
  • Build strong working relationships with operational teams, contractors, landlords and internal stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in property, estates, facilities management, construction, building surveying or a related field.
  • A relevant qualification in Property, Building Surveying, Construction, Engineering or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience coordinating contractors and delivering maintenance or property-related projects.
  • A good understanding of property maintenance, health and safety, compliance and contractor management.
  • IOSH certification and familiarity with CDM Regulations.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach, good commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A full UK driving licence.
