Asset Manager
Location: Manchester or Leeds
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
We're recruiting for an Asset Manager to join a leading real estate investment business, managing a diverse commercial property portfolio across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced asset management professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio, driving performance through proactive lease management, value-add initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
The Role
- Manage lease events including rent reviews, renewals, break options and re-gears.
- Oversee lettings, disposals and acquisitions.
- Deliver refurbishment projects to maximise asset value.
- Manage dilapidations and ensure lease compliance.
- Work closely with agents, solicitors and internal stakeholders to drive portfolio performance.
About You
- Previous experience in commercial property asset management.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical ability.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Package
- £50,000–£60,000 basic salary
