We're recruiting for a Portfolio Performance Manager (Asset Manager) to join a fast-growing residential real estate business with an expanding UK portfolio across Build to Rent (BTR), Single Family Housing (SFH) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA).
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maximising portfolio performance through data-driven decision making, revenue optimisation and strategic asset management.
The Role
You'll take ownership of portfolio performance, working closely with asset management, leasing, operations and finance teams to:
- Drive occupancy, rental growth and asset value.
- Develop and implement portfolio performance strategies.
- Analyse commercial and operational performance to identify opportunities.
- Produce insightful reporting and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and leasing strategy.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
About You
You'll have experience in asset management, portfolio performance, revenue management or commercial analysis within the residential property sector.
You'll also bring
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Experience interpreting data to drive commercial decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of BTR, multifamily, SFH or PBSA (preferred).
- Experience with MRI or Yardi is advantageous.
