On the Agency side. Levy Real Estate is regarded as a high quality niche practice, with particular strength and the West End office market, and more especially St. James's, South Mayfair and West Soho. Simon Tann joining from CBRE brought in significant traction, with the likes of The Crown Estate, but that was some time ago. More recently Harry Cormack has increased our offering significantly with significant activity in Victoria and Belgravia, and the likes of Motcomb using us to an increasing degree. xgikmsk Tenant Rep is carried out ad hoc and the Flex market remains an area for development.
