Valuation Surveyor - Registered Valuer
Remote Working – Midlands Patch
An excellent opportunity for an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer to take a senior role within an established property operation.
This is a varied position combining professional valuation, (residential & commercial), property disposal and client advisory work.
The role
You'll undertake property valuation instructions across residential, commercial property and land.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking Red Book valuations, desktop assessments and market appraisals.
- Valuing and advising on land and development opportunities.
- Producing high-quality valuation reports and professional advice.
- Developing client relationships and generating new instructions.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the property team.
About you
You'll ideally have:
- MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status.
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong residential and commercial valuation experience, including land.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commercially minded, confident and autonomous approach.
Salary & Package will reflect experience.
The post requires someone based in the UK, ideally around the wider Midlands Region. Remote/home working is offered, dropping into the East Midlands HQ once a week, or so.
