An exciting opportunity has arisen to become the Technical Services Project Manager within our clients in-house Building and Facilities team. In this high-profile role, you will take ownership of the clients asset with its complex infrastructure, driving excellence across all technical building systems in a live performance environment where every detail matters.
We are looking for a hands-on professional with the expertise and confidence to be the go-to person for all Technical Services Project Management matters, providing insight, guidance, and practical solutions to keep this legendary venue operating at its very best.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

You will have:
- A degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Building Services, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience managing technical or engineering services within a complex, operationally live environment - ideally in a performance venue, heritage site, or public building.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building management systems, with a focus on compliance, safety, and sustainability.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors, budgets, and delivering large scale M&E projects.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and industry standards, including health and safety, fire safety, and building regulations.
