We’re currently working with a growing investor and operator in the UK PBSA sector to appoint a Senior Asset Manager. This is a genuinely interesting role for someone who wants to move beyond pure reporting and take ownership of asset strategy, income growth and value creation across a live portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for driving performance across a student accommodation platform, working closely with operational teams to optimise occupancy, NOI and long-term asset value. The role will involve:
- Leading asset-level business plans across the portfolio
- Driving income, occupancy and leasing performance
- Implementing asset management initiatives to enhance value
- Managing budgets, forecasts and performance reporting
- Working closely with property management and operations teams
- Engaging with agents, operators and key external stakeholders
