Our client is looking for an experienced residential operations or asset management professional to take ownership of lettings performance and property management oversight across two BTR assets. This is a hands-on interim (6/9 months - FTC) role suited to someone who can confidently challenge external partners, drive operational improvements, and manage complex transitions.
Lettings Oversight (Outsourced)
- Manage the performance of an outsourced, well-known lettings agency.
- Challenge and improve average re-let times, ensuring void periods are minimised.
- Test and refine pricing assumptions using comparative block and market data.
- Overhaul and standardise weekly and monthly lettings reporting to increase clarity and accountability.
Property Management Oversight (Outsourced FM Agents)
- Lead the successful onboarding of a new FM agent for a BTR property.
- Fully manage the transition of a second BTR building from internal services to an outsourced FM partner, ensuring operational continuity.
- Oversee stabilisation management, driving improvements in:
- Regulatory compliance
- Customer experience
- Repairs and maintenance efficiency
- Service quality and communication
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in residential / BTR operations, lettings performance management, or property management oversight.
- Confident working with third-party providers, challenging assumptions, and driving measurable improvements.
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and able to take ownership from day one.
- You will be immediately available and be able to commit to a 6/9 month fixed term contract period.
