A rare clientside opportunity to join a well-respected retail business to manage their UK portfolio. You will look after their northern patch, approx M62 corridor northwards including Scotland. This is a home-based role that can be anywhere in the patch - you will manage your own diary to look after c300 commercial properties.
This is a full Estates Management role - acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals, refurbs, relocations, etc. Some you will do yourself, as well as managing third party agents.
Salary: c£55-65,000 + Car Allowance.
