We are currently recruiting for a Development Manager who has experience of delivering large scale mixed use regeneration schemes. Our client requires someone to join the in-house team who has the ability to hit the ground running on a phased development.
You will have previous experience of residential led mixed use and be comfortable with progressing a site from concept to delivery, this is essential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading on the form of development
- Procurement and management of consultant teams
- Progression of the design through planning
- Budget management and scheme viability
- Engagement and stakeholder management
- Overall financial monitoring and governance of the projects
You will be degree qualified in a property related subject and ideally hold a relevant professional qualification such as MRICS, MRTPI.
