I’m working with a privately owned international real estate investor that is looking to appoint an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of out-of-town retail parks, retail warehousing and trade counters. This is a high-impact opportunity within a lean, entrepreneurial environment, offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence both income and capital growth across the portfolio.
The role will focus on:
- Developing and executing asset-level business plans
- Leading leasing strategy, including rent reviews, renewals, regears and new lettings
- Driving value through repositioning, refurbishment, development, acquisitions and disposals
- Managing asset performance, budgets, service providers and key occupier relationships
- Supporting investment decisions through financial analysis, reporting and market insight
We’re looking for:
- MRICS qualified – essential
- 3–5 years’ commercial property asset management experience
- Ideally, experience across out-of-town retail parks / retail warehousing
- A strong track record of driving performance through leasing and active asset management
- Excellent commercial, financial and negotiation skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to operate independently
