Macdonald & Company are pleased to be partnering with a well regarded, national service provider as they seek to hire an experienced Retail Facilities or Shopping Centre Manager to lead the operation and performance of a Retail /Shopping Centre destination based around the Lincolnshire region.
This role offers full responsibility for people management, commercial performance, stakeholder relationships and site compliance.
The Role
- You will manage the day-to-day operation of the centre, acting as the key contact for clients, occupiers and local stakeholders.
- You will lead the on-site team, manage contractors and ensure the centre delivers strong commercial results and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the centre team, driving performance and engagement
- Manage client, occupier and local authority relationships
- Monitor centre performance including footfall, turnover and income
- Support letting activity, tenant mix and marketing initiatives
- Oversee service charge budgets, contractors and capital works
- Ensure statutory compliance, health & safety and risk management
About You
- Proven experience managing a shopping centre or similar commercial asset
- Commercially focused, confident and proactive leader
- Strong stakeholder, reporting and organisational skills
- Experience managing budgets, contractors and service partners
