We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced property professional who is MRICS qualified and has a proven background in property and asset management. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience leading a team and will be confident managing people, processes and systems to drive efficiency, performance and excellent client service.
The role offers the opportunity to lead and work within our Property and Asset Management team across a broad range of responsibilities. It provides an excellent balance of office-based work and site visits, together with a flexible approach to home working.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential, particularly Excel, alongside excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service is key to success in this role. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for business travel.
