An entrepreneurial, privately backed UK property investment and asset management platform is looking for an Investment Analyst (or Senior Analyst) to join its growing team. The role offers direct exposure to acquisitions, asset management and development projects across multiple sectors including office & living, with the chance to work closely with senior decision-makers in a high-responsibility environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support origination, screening and execution of real estate investment opportunities across London and the regions.
  • Build and interpret detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV).
  • Support due diligence and transaction execution.
  • Contribute to asset and development management activities.
  • Assist with investor reporting and portfolio performance monitoring.
  • Significant responsibility and visibility working closely with senior decision-makers.

Background & Experience

  • 1–3 years\’ relevant analytical and real estate investment experience (from a real estate investor, real estate asset manager or real estate corporate finance).
  • Strong academic background (numerical degree, 2:1 or above).
  • Deal track record in UK real estate, ideally including office/commercial sectors.
  • Proven analytical and financial modelling capability.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
