We’re partnering with a nationally significant organisation during a major phase of investment and estate transformation. They own and manage a uniquely diverse commercial and operational property estate, and we\’re now looking for a confident, commercially driven Senior Estates Manager to join their team.
This role offers real influence, visible impact and the chance to work on a high-profile estate where no two days are the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking ownership of a mixed investment and operational portfolio generating c. £6m rental income
- Leading lease events, rent reviews and negotiations that drive asset performance
- Shaping estate strategy across commercial, industrial and other assets
- Ensuring estate compliance, governance and risk management
- Building strong relationships with tenants, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Leading and developing a small but capable estates team
What we’re looking for
- MRICS qualified with experience in estates or property management
- Strong grounding in landlord & tenant matters
- Commercial thinker who enjoys unlocking value from assets
- Confident communicator who can engage at senior levels
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable with accountability
