A well-respected Manchester-based Property Company / Investor / Developer is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the very best names in the region.
You will lead on all value-add Asset Management initiatives, from pre-acquisition AM strategy planning to post-acquisition delivery of these strategies. Adding value through proactive rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings, refurbishments and redevelopment, etc. As well as sourcing new investment opportunities.
This is a mixed commercial sector role with a strong lean to industrial and office, albeit they are sector agnostic and opportunity-led.
Salary and package are flexible and will depend on experience, but will be market-leading.
