Job Summary
This is a Retail value-add Asset Management position for a PropCo in The West Midlands.
I have partnered with them to find a senior, innovative AM professional to oversee the Asset Management plan for a retail asset in the region.
Their record investing and developing Real Estate in the UK is exemplary and they would be an excellent landing spot for a similarly tested individual with the ideas, contacts and ingenuity they have within the unique sector that retail is. They will be afforded the autonomy and resources to reinvigorate an asset with plenty of potential.
