Manchester based, family office has need for an experienced and entrepreneurial residential property manager to support the principal of the business. This role offers real variety, including:
- Assisting in the management of properties in the portfolio (residential)
- Assisting in the management of ongoing projects
- Liaising with accountants, lawyers, and other professionals, when required
- Maintain records on rent received, tenants, bills etc.
- Ad-hoc project work (research, contact finding, document preparation)
- General administrative duties (mail, errands, appointment setting, bookings)
