We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to join a highly regarded property organisation responsible for the management and stewardship of a significant London estate. This is a varied role offering responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong resident engagement, and effective operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a residential portfolio, maintaining high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, managing agents, contractors, and professional advisers.
  • Oversee budgets, service charges, maintenance programmes, and compliance obligations.
  • Coordinate refurbishment and capital projects to enhance the quality and performance of assets.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and resident experience.

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience managing residential property portfolios or large-scale residential assets.
  • Strong knowledge of residential property management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and financial management capabilities.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS, IRPM, or ARLA would be advantageous but are not essential.
