We are recruiting for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join a leading Build to Rent (BTR) operator, overseeing a portfolio of residential communities across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll be responsible for driving operational performance, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and leading high-performing on-site teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a regional BTR portfolio.
  • Lead, coach and develop General Managers, Resident Managers and Property Managers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, occupancy and operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets, reporting and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
