If you're a quantity surveyor or cost manager looking to go clientside, you'll know there aren't that many options out there, so this is certainly worth considering. This busy and growing retailer is looking for an experienced quantity surveyor to join their cost team in-house.

Joining the existing quantity surveying team, you'll be covering the UK (and sometimes even further afield!) assisting with the development appraisals and budgetary elements at pre-acquisition stage, through the due diligence stages and then all the way through the construction and delivery stages too.

You can be from either a consultancy, or a main or sub-contractor background. You don’t necessarily need to have fit-out or retail experience, but that would be preferable. You do need to have at least 5 years of experience though, as you’ll need to hit the ground running to a certain extent.
