We’re looking for a Property Project Coordinator to play a key role in delivering improvements across the estate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and ensuring every detail is managed effectively.
In this role, you’ll help coordinate property development, refurbishment, and compliance activity, ensuring projects run smoothly and sites remain safe, compliant, and well-managed. You’ll be the central support within the Property Team, ensuring projects stay organised, compliant, and on schedule. You’ll coordinate activities, manage documentation, and keep communication flowing between project managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. No two days are the same, and your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of projects across our property estate.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of property development, refurbishment, and maintenance projects
- Ensure operational activities meet all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry compliance standards
- Lead procurement processes for contracted services relating to essential compliance works (e.g. maintenance, statutory inspections, and safety works)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, certifications, and audit trails for all contracted works
- Act as the central communication hub between Project Managers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain key project documentation, reports, trackers, and meeting minutes
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, escalating issues where necessary
- Coordinate site access, surveys, inspections, and compliance activities
- Assist with procurement tasks including tendering, obtaining quotes, and managing purchase orders
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance across all projects
