An award winning Build to Rent (BTR) developer and operator is seeking an experienced Residential Property / Portfolio Manager to join their growing team. This is a new role for the business, and a rare opportunity to help set up and implement your own procedures.
You will be leading on the lettings, property, and block management functions of two BTR apartment buildings in Leeds and Sheffield - you must be able to travel to both and can be based at either one of them.
Experience in the living sectors (residential, BTR, PBSA, etc) and ARLA or IRPM qualifications are strongly preferred.
Salary and package will depend on experience - likely in the region of £35-55,000+Bonus.
