We’re working with a major commercial property company and developer to appoint a Senior Property Manager to join their growing team. The portfolio is predominantly industrial, with a small element of office and retail, offering a varied and commercially focused role with genuine exposure to asset management and development.
- Day-to-day management of the portfolio, including regular inspections.
- Building strong relationships with tenants.
- Lease management, rent reviews, expiries and break options.
- Service charge budgeting and management.
- Working closely with asset management, development, facilities and finance teams.
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and add value.
- Supporting refurbishments, compliance and new-build handovers.
